Computer Power Institute has a 43 year history of various predecessor institutions
since 1968.

2011 Computer Power Institute Australia (a Didasko Group company) opens a Melbourne campus in October in alliance with Holmesglen Institute of TAFE.
2007 - 2011 Computer Power Institute New Zealand (a Didasko Group company) upgrades their curriculum development, campus facilities and student capacity in each of their Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch campuses and expands their international student recruitment from Asia, Africa and Europe to study abroad at their New Zealand campuses.
2006 EasyCall International Ltd delists on the Australian Stock Exchange and exits Australia and New Zealand marketplace. The Didasko Group, an Australasian academic digital publisher of training resources for the Vocational Education and Training (VET) industry based in Melbourne, acquires Computer Power New Zealand.

2004 Spherion Education Pty Ltd is purchased by EasyCall International Ltd, a company based in Singapore.
2000 Opened in Christchurch and the parent company changes its name to Spherion globally and a rebrand in Australasia to Spherion Education Pty Ltd.
1999 A new brand Interim Technology rolls out in the Australasian region. Interim Technology Training Institute (ITTI) opens its doors in London.
1998 New institutes in Fremantle and Wellington and Computer Power Group is purchased by Interim Technology.
1997 CPTI opens in Sutherland in NSW and expands into the first New Zealand institute in Auckland.
1996 CPTI opens more institutes in Dandenong, Moonee Ponds in Victoria and Beenleigh in Queensland.
1995 The Group sells it business assets in the USA to Interim Services to form the first Interim Technology division globally.
1990 Parramatta opens.
1989 Canberra opens.
1988 Control Data Institute is acquired and renamed the Computer Power Training Institute (CPTI) Opened in Adelaide, Perth and Canberra.
1987 Acquisition of Management Technology Education (MTE) and Equus by Computer Power Group and floated on the Australian Stock Exchange under CLIRS Limited.
1985 Opens in Adelaide and Darwin.
1983 CDI opens in Brisbane.
1982 Offices opened in Sydney and Perth.
1978 CPG established Computer People (IT Contracting) in Melbourne and pioneered the IT contracting business in Australia.
1977 Control Data Institute (CDI) opened for business in Melbourne.
1969 Computer Power Group became a subsidiary of Control Data Institute (a US multinational organisation) with the first Control Data Institute (CDI) opened in Sydney.
1968 Computer Power Group (CPG) was founded in Melbourne.
